Advantages of polyurethane screen plates:

The total cost is lower.  Although the one-time investment of a polyurethane screen plate of the same specification (area) is higher than that of a stainless steel screen plate (about 2 times), the service life of a polyurethane screen plate is 3.5 times that of a stainless steel screen plate, and the number of repairs and replacements is also less. , so the total cost is not high and very economical;
It has good moisture resistance and can work with water as medium.  In the case of water, oil and other media, the friction coefficient between polyurethane and materials is reduced, which is more conducive to screening, improves screening efficiency, and avoids filtration.  Wet particle contamination.  At the same time, due to the lower friction coefficient, wear is reduced and service life is increased;
Corrosion-resistant, non-flammable, non-toxic and odorless;
Due to the reasonable design of the sieve holes and the unique manufacturing process of the sieve plate, particles of extreme sizes will not block the sieve holes;
It has good shock-absorbing performance and strong mute ability, which can reduce noise and make objects on the screen less likely to break when vibrating;
Due to the secondary vibration characteristics of polyurethane, the polyurethane screen plate has a certain self-cleaning effect, so the screening efficiency is high;
Energy-saving, polyurethane has a low density and is much lighter than a steel wire screen of the same size, thereby reducing the load on the screening machine, saving energy consumption, and extending the service life of the screening machine.
