How to make qualified stainless steel perforated mesh?

1. The first factor in producing stainless steel perforated mesh is to have precise and accurate mold design. The quality of a mold largely determines the quality of stainless steel perforated mesh products. Therefore, in recent years, our factory has invested a lot of money and energy in punching molds, which has significantly improved the mold design and manufacturing of our factory and accumulated some mold patterns.
2. Punching: The CNC punching equipment used by our factory is high-end equipment internationally. The stepper motor feeding and PLC operation control make the product precision reach 0.15MM, and realize standardized management. It can punch plates within 0.2mm-20mm.
3. Cutting of plates: Cut the plates from dozens of tons of re-rolled plates into the size you need.
4. Shearing of plates: Our factory has a large hydraulic plate cutting machine.
5. Leveling of perforated mesh: The leveling machine used by our factory can restore the deformed perforated plate during the punching process to the flat state it should have. Steel plates with a thickness of 0.5mm-20mm can be leveled.
6. Surface treatment of perforated mesh: Punching, shaping and cutting processes will lead to imperfections on the surface of the sheet, but these imperfections are acceptable in some industrial products. If you have special requirements, our factory will take additional measures such as powder coating or painting, electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, anodizing, etc. to prevent them.
