The filter cartridge is a cylindrical element used for filtering, which is generally divided into filter cartridges for filtering gas media and filtering liquid media. Today, we will explain the cleaning method and production process of the filter cartridge in detail:
1. Cleaning method of filter cartridge:
The common automatic cleaning methods of filter cartridges are high-pressure gas pulse backwashing and mechanical vibration. Pulse backwashing uses the parameters pre-set by the controller to give a signal to the solenoid valve, instantly open and close the solenoid valve diaphragm, so that high-pressure gas enters the blowpipe, and uses the rapid expansion force of the gas to shake off the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge. Generally, we set the gas pressure to about 6 kg. Mechanical vibration cleaning is often used in small single-machine filter cartridge dust collectors. It uses the shaking force generated by the eccentric device on the dust collector plate to clean the dust. This action needs to be stopped before operation.
2. Production process of filter cartridges:
1. Determine the raw materials. Generally, the customer specifies which material of raw materials to use, and determines the mesh size of the metal mesh according to the use environment and the size of the filter particles.
2. Preliminary processing of raw materials-washing the net, leveling, cutting, stamping and forming
3. Make accessories. Such as flange, metal cover of the bottom, frame, support ring, etc.
4. Assembly welding. Depending on the material, the welding method is different. For example, the copper mesh cannot be welded by a welding machine, so it needs to be formed by silver soldering, tin soldering, or punching. Stainless steel mesh and iron
mesh can be welded by spot welding machine and rolling welding machine.
5. Surface treatment. Remove the welding marks and oil stains on the surface. After treatment, the wire mesh filter cartridge is bright and beautiful.
