Production process

1. Use high-quality stainless steel 201 or 304 stainless steel wire as raw material.

2. Each model is made with one or more sets of molds.

3. Straighten the stainless steel wire and cut it into the size and length we need.

4. Place the cut stainless steel wire in the mold we made and perform welding, which is what we often call spot welding.

5. After welding, we bend the welded semi-finished product and weld the edges.

6. After forming, we remove the edges and polish them.

7. Next, the finished stainless steel mesh basket is surface treated and electrolytically polished.
